John’s Portfolio

Here are a few samples of my work to demonstrate my programming and Web development abilities.

Websites That I’ve Built

These websites utilize PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress abilities. Several of them are already live and used by real organizations as their primary websites. Others will be live soon enough.

This website will be live soon and is the website for Schuette Mfg. It was built using WordPress and does have PHP modifications to it.

This website is the already live website for a school in Sheboygan: Immanuel Lutheran. I used PHP, HTML, CSS, and WordPress extensively to create it.

This website was made during my internship with Bytenoize for a non-profit in Sheboygan. It heavily modifies a complex WordPress theme, and utilizes an interesting 1 page layout for a site. It also is an interesting website because it was the first website I’ve built that included advertisements from companies that funded the site and all had their own set of specifications.

Mobile, Angular, Ionic, and .NET

This Youtube video demonstrates many languages working together. I created a store using .NET and C# and then use a controller to both run a webstore and a mobile application that was written using Angular and Ionic. The store mimics item shops in popular video games, but uses techniques that are used in real stores.

Mobile Application

This demonstrates a seemingly simple app that stores beer tasting notes. It can very easily be turned into a mobile application, and demonstrates my ability to make a mobile application without using Angular and Ionic.
